Welcome! I am a second year PhD student at Singapore University of Technology and Design. I am a member of the DeCLaRe Lab advised by Prof. Soujanya Poria. My primary research interest is centered around commonsense reasoning for natural language processing. I’m interesetd in injecting commonsense knowledge about the world into various natural language processing tasks to improve their reasoning ability and robustness. I also work on dialogue understanding and multimodal interaction.
Previously, I was a research fellow in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at NTU Singapore. Before moving to Singapore, I was an undergraduate student at the Indian Institute of Technology Patna. I was a member of the AI-NLP-ML group and was advised by Prof. Pushpak Bhattacharya, Prof. Asif Ekbal and Prof. Maheshkumar H. Kolekar.
